Today, that tradition enters a new chapter.
After decades of service by Richard Fogg, grandson of the firm’s founder, Kecia Cole, J.D., CPA, has assumed ownership of the firm as Fogg & Cole Law. While the name is changing, the commitment behind it is not: serving people with integrity, treating clients like neighbors, and helping families protect what they have worked a lifetime to build.
For Kecia, coming to Fogg & Cole isn’t simply about taking ownership of a law practice.
It’s coming home.
Kecia grew up in El Reno, graduated from El Reno High School, and comes from a family with deep roots in the farming community. She understands that around here, land is rarely just an investment. A farm may represent generations of work, sacrifice, memories, and family history.
She also understands that behind almost every legal matter is something deeply personal—a marriage, a child, a parent, a business, a piece of land, or a family’s future.
Kecia earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1989, became a Certified Public Accountant, and earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1994. She has practiced law in Oklahoma since 1994.
That combination of experience as both an attorney and CPA gives Kecia an especially valuable perspective when legal decisions intersect with businesses, property, finances, estates, and family assets.
But credentials aren’t the heart of Fogg & Cole.
People are.
Kecia and her husband, Wade Cole, also an attorney, raised their family here. She is the mother of Londyn and Fallyn and a proud grandmother of four. She understands firsthand that planning for the future isn’t about documents sitting in a file cabinet. It’s about people—and making sure the people you love are protected when life changes.
That philosophy is the foundation of the new Fogg & Cole Law.
