After decades led by Richard Fogg, grandson of the founder, Kecia Cole, J.D., CPA, now owns the firm as Fogg & Cole Law. The name is changing. The commitment is not: treat clients like neighbors, and help them protect what they’ve built.
As an estate planning attorney and probate lawyer serving Canadian County, Kecia guides families through the legal work behind a marriage, a child, a parent, a business, or a piece of land. Her dual role as attorney and CPA sharpens every decision where business law, property, finances, and family assets meet.
Kecia grew up in El Reno, graduated from El Reno High School in 1986, and comes from a farming family. She knows land here is rarely just an investment — it’s generations of work, sacrifice, and memory. That’s why farm succession planning is close to her heart.
Credentials aren’t the heart of Fogg & Cole. People are.
Kecia and her husband, Wade Cole, also an attorney, have deep roots in Canadian County. She’s a mother of two married daughters and grandmother of four. She knows planning for the future isn’t about documents in a file cabinet. It’s about making sure the people you love are protected when life changes.
